R&D Silicon Material Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Research solar-grade silicon purification and processing methods.
- Analyze and identify potential impurities in crystalline silicon materials and
- Assess the impact of doping, defects, or impurities on cell performance.
Requirements:
Knowledge of crystalline silicon materials; Understanding of the processes and principles of solar cells; Logical and innovative thinking; and Good written and oral English and Chinese.
Senior Silicon Material Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Research cell hotspots and processes for producing and casting monocrystalline and multicrystalline silicon wafers
- Analyze and identify potential impurities in crystalline silicon materials.
- Assess the impact of doping, defects, or impurities on cell performance;
- Together with manufacturing, technology and purchasing departments, streamline the incorporation of new materials in the cell manufacture process, while helping to ensure product quality and process reliability.
Requirements:
Knowledge of crystalline silicon materials; Understanding of the principles of solar cells; Familiarity with the crystalline silicon solar cell manufacturing process; Logical and innovative thinking; and Good written and oral English and Chinese.
Cell Technology Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Research and implement solar cell process improvements
- Develop and implement new cell structures and designs.
Requirements:
Knowledge of solar materials; Understanding of the principles of solar cells; Familiarity with crystalline silicon solar cell and module manufacturing processes; Logical and innovative thinking; Good written and oral English and Chinese; and Strong work experience.
Module Material R&D Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Review existing R&D documentation.
- Together with the purchasing department, introduce new materials and assess performance.
- Together with manufacturing, technology and purchasing departments, streamline the incorporation of new materials in the module manufacture process, while helping to ensure product quality and process reliability; and
- Research and assess the technical requirements of new materials.
Requirements:
Technical knowledge of raw materials (polymer materials); Familiarity with the module assembly process; Familiarity with the material test methods and reference standards; Familiarity with material testing equipment; and Good written and oral English and Chinese.
R&D Mechanical Design Engineer
Responsibility:
- Under direction, generate scheme designs\3D designs\assembly drawings\configuration assembly drawings
- Set up theoretical models, calculate technical requirements
- Support technology implementation and patent applications
- Analyze and troubleshoot unexpected R&D outcomes
- Review mechanical designs, blueprints and BOM
Requirements:
Knowledge of solar industry; Knowledge of processes and principles of mechanical design; Good sense of logical thinking and innovation; Good written and oral English and Chinese; and Strong work experience.
